The Bowflex Ultimate® 2 comes standard with 310 lbs (140 kg) of resistance while the Bowflex Xtreme® 2 SE, Xtreme® SE and Blaze™ machines come standard with 210 lbs (95 kg). You can add more resistance to all of our machines (except the Motivator® 2) -- up to 410 lbs (186 kg)! You can hook one, two, three, four or all of your Power Rod® units to the cable pulley system and go from as little as 5 lbs (2 kg) all the way up to 410 lbs (186 kg) of resistance.
