All models connect to Apple Watch® and Samsung Watch, feature Garmin BLE heart rate connectivity, have speeds up to 12 mph, up to 15 incline levels, and compatibility with popular fitness apps like JRNY®, Peloton®, Zwift®, and Strava.

BowFlex® treadmills feature running paths that measure either 20" W x 60" L (50.8 cm x 152.4 cm) or 22" W x 60" L (56 cm x 152.4 cm). Both are designed to provide a comfortable workout experience for walking, jogging, and running.

Both brands offer quality home treadmills, but a key difference is subscription requirements: NordicTrack treadmills are designed around the iFIT membership, which limits functionality without an active subscription. BowFlex® treadmills require no subscription, ever, and are compatible with multiple third-party apps including Peloton® and Zwift®.

The Peloton® Tread is built around the Peloton® content ecosystem and requires an active Peloton® membership for full access. BowFlex® treadmills are Peloton®-app compatible without the subscription lock-in, and also support Zwift®, Apple Watch®, and JRNY® — offering more flexibility for users who don't want to commit to one platform.

With a free JRNY® account, you can stream your favorite shows on popular entertainment apps using your own subscriptions to those apps; you do not need a paid subscription to JRNY® to access streaming.

BowFlex® T6 and T9 treadmills: Open the JRNY® App and select an Adaptive or Standard workout; when prompted to choose an entertainment option, select the streaming service of your choice and log in if prompted.
