This upgrade is designed for the following BowFlex® home gyms: Xtreme 2 SE, Xtreme SE, Xtreme 2, Xtreme, Blaze, PR3000, Xceed, Elite, Sport, Power Pro, Motivator. Please note the Power Rods for the BowFlex Classic, PR1000, Motivator 2 and the Conquest home gyms cannot be upgraded.
Upgrading from 310 to 410 lbs. cannot be done without buying the 310 to 410 lbs. upgrade.
