In-Home Assembly

Our optional assembly service includes:

  • Movement of boxes from garage or first covered area to room of choice. See product specifications to be sure passages can accommodate movement of product to the room of choice.
  • Full assembly by a qualified technician. Assembly of optional accessories (racks, attachments, etc.) is not available.
  • Movement of boxes and packaging materials to your refuse area or desired location on property (please review return policy).

What to expect after placing your order:

You will be contacted 1-3 business days after your product ships to schedule a post-delivery appointment. Appointments are scheduled in 4-hour time slots, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday. A person 18 years or older must be present for the assembly service. In-home assembly availability is subject to change without notice.

If for any reason you wish to cancel this service, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full service refund within 7 business days. Refunds will not be offered for completed services.
