Due to COVID-19, our in-home assembly service is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our optional assembly service includes:
- Movement of boxes from garage or first covered area to room of choice. See product specifications to be sure passages can accommodate movement of product to the room of choice.
- Full assembly by a qualified technician. Assembly of optional accessories (racks, attachments, etc.) is not available.
- Removal of boxes and packaging materials to your refuse area (please review return policy.)

You will be contacted within 1-3 business days after your product ships to schedule an appointment. Appointments are scheduled in 4-hour time slots, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday. A person 18 years or older must be present for the assembly service. In-home assembly availability is subject to change without notice.
If for any reason you wish to cancel this service, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full service refund within 7 business days. Refunds will not be offered for completed services.
