You will be contacted by our assembly provider 1-3 business days after your product ships to schedule a post-delivery appointment. Appointments are available in 4-hour windows, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Sunday. Before your appointment, we recommend that you:
Review product specifications to make sure the passages in your home can accommodate movement of your product to your room of choice.
Get familiar with your return policy before discarding boxes and packaging material.
Make sure someone 18 years or older is available during the delivery time frame.
If for any reason you wish to cancel this service, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full service refund within 7 business days. Refunds will not be offered for completed services.
* Assembly of optional accessories (racks, attachments, etc.) is not available. In-Home Assembly is limited in parts of Alaska and Hawaii, and is subject to change without notice.
