What is the JRNY® experience?

Does the Max Trainer require assembly?
Yes, the Max Trainer does require assembly. We offer in-home assembly as well as getting started videos if you choose to assemble the machine yourself. These videos are free and can be found within the JRNY® App.
How many boxes is the Max Trainer shipped in?

Is there a weight limit?
Yes. The weight limit for Max Trainer® cardio machines is 300 lbs.
How much does the BowFlex® Max Trainer weigh?
The M6, M8, M9, and Max Total weigh approximately 148 lbs. assembled.
The Max Total 16 weighs approximately 155 lbs. assembled.
The M3 weighs approximately 143 lbs. assembled.

What is the warranty on M3, M6, M8, M9, Max Total, and Max Total 16?
M3: 1 year on frame and parts, 90 days for labor. Additional protection is available for purchase with the BowFlex Protection Plan.
M6: 2 years on frame and parts, 90 days for labor. Additional protection is available for purchase with the BowFlex Protection Plan.
M8: 3 years on frame and parts, 90 days for labor. Additional protection is available for purchase with the BowFlex Protection Plan.

What is the return policy on M3, M6, M8, M9, Max Total, and Max Total 16?
Buy with confidence. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact Customer Service within 6 weeks of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Learn more about our Return Policy.
Does it plug in?
Yes. The M3, M6, M8, M9, Max Total, and Max Total 16 come with an AC Adapter.
Is the console backlit?
M3: No
M6 and M8: Yes

Is a display included?

Is it compatible with Bluetooth®?
M3: No

Can you adjust the volume of the console's sound effects?
Yes.
M3 model: First, push and hold down the Burn Rate/Increase and PAUSE/END buttons for 3 seconds while in the Power-Up Mode. The Console display shows the Sound Settings prompt with the current setting. Push the Burn Rate/Increase or Burn Rate/Decrease buttons to change between the settings of "OFF" and "1" through "7". A setting of "7" is the loudest volume. Push START/ENTER to set.
M6 and M8 models: Simply adjust the volume by pressing the VOLUME button on the console. It will cycle through the options of: off, low, medium, and high.
